The Abstraction Youth Dance Mentorship Program is designed for dedicated dancers ages 9–17 who are ready to grow beyond traditional studio experience. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, we welcome dancers from Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, and throughout the East Valley who are looking for advanced youth dance training, mentorship, creative collaboration, and meaningful opportunities.

More than a youth or teen dance program, our mentorship experience helps dancers develop confidence, artistry, leadership, and lasting friendships while continuing to challenge themselves both technically and creatively.

more than dance training

Strong dancers aren’t built through technique alone.

They grow through mentorship, encouragement, creativity, and the confidence that comes from being part of a community that believes in them.

At Abstraction, our Youth Mentorship Program combines advanced dance training with leadership development, artistic exploration, collaboration, and real-world industry experiences. Every rehearsal, class, and concept video is designed to help dancers become thoughtful artists, confident performers, and supportive teammates.

Our goal isn’t simply to create stronger dancers.

It’s to help young people discover their own voice through movement while building skills that extend far beyond the studio.
